Shipping policy
At Noda, we partner with leading international shipping providers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These carriers collaborate with local couriers, ensuring direct delivery to your doorstep. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping for all orders.
Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase. All transactions are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may experience delays or cancellations.

Shipping Process
- Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be processed and transferred to our carrier’s sort facility.
- During peak periods, such as holidays, processing may take longer.
- If your order includes high-demand items, fulfilment times may be extended.
- Once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot make changes (e.g., address modifications) and will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
- We operate Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
For multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately and could arrive at different times due to the locations of our manufacturing partners.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking numbers, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Some carriers may take several days to update tracking details. If your tracking number shows no updates after 5 business days, please reach out to us at hello@usenoda.com
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once a package reaches your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Noda has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import duties and return shipping costs incurred. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable import regulations.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Noda is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we advise you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Important: When assessing claims for lost or damaged shipments, we rely on tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations provided by the carrier. If a claim is not reported promptly, we may be unable to accommodate your request.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate before placing an order. Once an order is processed, we cannot alter the shipping address. If the package has already been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to retrieve or reroute it.
