If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition.
How it works:
- Email us at hello@usenoda.com with your order number and reason for return
- If eligible, we’ll guide you through the return process
- Once the unopened product is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit based on your preference
Important:
We do not accept returns of opened products due to safety concerns. As a wellness brand, we prioritize the health of all customers and cannot guarantee product integrity once a package has been opened.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All original tags, safety seals, and included accessories must be intact
- Any sign of use, tampering, or damage will void your eligibility
Non-returnable items include:

Refund Policy

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
- Noda is not liable for lost or undelivered return shipments
Gift Returns
If you received Noda as a gift and need to return it:
- You’ll receive a digital gift certificate for the value of the returned item
- Once we receive the unopened item, we’ll email your store credit
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Email hello@usenoda.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We verify all claims through delivery confirmations and tracking timestamps
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
